where is the test booklet?

I go to the competition puzzles page, and it tells me to click here for the test booklet, but there is nothing to click on. Is this because I registered late?

Thank you. I already have the practice booklet which is on this page node/515 .
I want the test booklet for the competition. When I go to the competition page, it tells me I can "Download it here: " . "here" is blank. Where is the test booklet?
